RESPONSIBILITIES WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH
- Entering and updating data in our internal system.
- Preparing and sending transport orders.
- Monitoring and tracking tasks within the system.
- Organizing data and preparing documents for accounting.
- Performing administrative and operational tasks related to logistics.
- Collecting, reviewing, and archiving transport documentation.
- Managing data about carriers and their services.
- Communicating with customs forwarding agents and handling basic documents such as CMR and MRN.
SKILLS WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BRING TO THE TEAM
- Basic knowledge of transport logistics.
- Basic understanding of transport documents (CMR, MRN).
- Accuracy, reliability, and a high level of responsibility.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- A minimum level v. education, preferably in logistics, transport, or a related field.
