RESPONSIBILITIES WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH 

• manage, plan, organize and coordinate the logistics operations team. 
• build, expand, and develop the network of transport carriers.
• manage, evaluate and maintain lasting relationships with established partners.
• identify new carrier partners, negotiate contracts and optimal rates.
• preparing transport offers and allocating cargo to vehicles.
• handling more complex logistics cases.  
• coordinate and plan logistics strategies.  
• analysis of work quality and proposing improvements.
• monitor the freight market regularly for opportunities and risks.

SKILLS WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BRING TO THE TEAM 

• A university degree in logistics or relevant field.
• At least one year of experience in leading and managing teams of people.
• Proven working experience in establishing connections with carriers. 
• Expert knowledge in road transport and a good grasp in other models of transport.
• Proven experience in critical service logistics.
• Knowledge of the logistics market.
• Well educated in CMR convention.
• Fluency in English.
