RESPONSIBILITIES WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH 

• Driving Independent Projects: Taking full ownership of unique growth projects and marketing campaigns from concept to execution with minimal supervision.
• Connecting the Dots Across Channels: Supporting and coordinating initiatives across social media, paid ads, SEO, email, and partnerships (you don’t need to do it all perfectly, but you need to understand how they work together).
• Supercharging Workflows with AI: Auditing current marketing processes and building custom AI flows or deploying AI agents to automate and optimize daily tasks.
• SEO Content Experimentation: Writing and structuring engaging content optimized for search intent to help scale our organic reach.

SKILLS WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BRING TO THE TEAM 

• An entrepreneurial and proactive mindset with a strong ability to work independently.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, custom AI workflows, and AI agents.
• A track record of launching self-initiated projects, blogs, communities, or other personal initiatives.
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid advertising, and social media.
• Strong content writing skills with an ability to create engaging, high-quality content.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
• Basic technical SEO knowledge is a plus.
