We're looking for a forward-thinking SEO Specialist to join our Marketing team and support the organic growth of our platform through both technical mastery and strategic content optimization. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in high-scale environments, understands the nuances of Google’s algorithm updates, and can work cross-departmentally to make impactful SEO decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH:
As our SEO Specialist, you'll drive both technical and content SEO to boost organic growth across international markets. You'll work cross-functionally with developers, content creators, and product teams to:
- Conduct technical SEO audits, fix indexing/rendering issues, and optimize Core Web Vitals
- Implement structured data, hreflang, canonicals, internal linking, and sitemap strategies
- Collaborate with developers on JavaScript SEO, server-side fixes, and performance improvements
- Use advanced tools (GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, etc.) for analysis and monitoring
- Guide EEAT-compliant content creation, keyword research, and backlink strategies
- Align SEO with PPC, UX, and product launches; respond to Google updates and report performance
SKILLS WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BRING TO THE TEAM
- Proven SEO success with high-traffic, enterprise websites and strong grasp of Core Web Vitals, CrUX, and server-side SEO
- Skilled in structured data, JavaScript SEO, basic HTML, and resolving technical issues with developers
- Proficient in GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools
- Experienced in penalty recovery, backlink audits, disavows, international SEO, and hreflang implementation
- Strategic thinker with cross-team communication skills and understanding of SEO-PPC synergy
