Senior Account Executive - Freight Forwarding

Eurosender is Europe’s leading digital freight forwarder, transforming the way logistics is done. As we enter the next phase of our growth, we’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our high-performing sales team and drive expansion in our Freight Forwarding department.

In this senior, field-based role, you’ll take full ownership of developing business across EU, China, and US markets. You’ll lead strategic customer growth, manage high-value accounts, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver world-class logistics solutions. 

 

Your Impact:

You will be responsible for both new business development and the growth of existing strategic accounts. By aligning sales initiatives with top-line growth goals, you’ll play a vital role in scaling Eurosender’s commercial success and strengthening partnerships with multinational organisations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Growth: Own the full sales cycle for key clients, from prospecting to closing and post-sale account management.
  • Enterprise Engagement: Build strong, consultative relationships with C-level stakeholders across target markets.
  • Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve commercial targets across Europe and beyond.
  • Client Meetings: Conduct end-to-end logistics consultations, RFQ & RFP coordination, and high-stakes negotiations.
  • Account Development: Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic customers, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Operations, IT, and Procurement to align service delivery with client needs.
  • Reporting: Present weekly performance updates and pipeline reviews to senior management.


Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of proven B2B field sales experience in logistics, transportation, or digital freight
  • Strong portfolio of enterprise clients and a consistent track record of closing high-value deals
  • Commercially savvy, relationship-driven, and skilled at navigating complex stakeholder environments
  • Fluent in English (additional EU languages are a plus)
  • Willing to travel frequently (minimum 50%)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and high level of ownership
