Search engines like Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity no longer just rank websites - they interpret brand reputation, relevance, and presence across the entire internet. That’s why we’re hiring a Content & Digital Visibility Specialist: someone who can craft and distribute content, guide how we’re talked about online, and build the digital signals that both people and AI trust. 

This is a hybrid role combining social media management, content creation, digital PR, and community engagement, designed for someone who thrives in a fast-changing environment. 

RESPONSIBILITIES WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH 

Create & Own Multi-Channel Content 

• Plan, write, and produce content across owned platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, blog, email. 
• Build Eurosender’s presence on unowned channels: Reddit, Wikipedia, media collaborations, influencer and creator content. 
• Act as an on-camera creator for social-first videos and explainers. 
• Handle full-cycle content production - writing, visuals, short-form video - with support from our designer and SEO team. 
• Repurpose and tailor content across channels to increase visibility, trust, and engagement. 
• Collaborate with paid media team to adapt content for campaigns (a plus, not required). 

Strengthen Brand Signals for AI-Powered Discovery 

• Create and position content to boost our visibility in (AI) search engines, social media platforms, Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, and emerging AI search tools. 
• Ensure we’re consistently mentioned, cited, and trusted across digital platforms. 
• Proactively seek visibility via awards, reviews, certifications, creator partnerships, and media coverage. 
• Align your work with SEO to build authority signals and digital reputation. 

 Engage Across Digital Communities 

• Monitor and contribute to brand-relevant conversations on Reddit, Quora, review sites, and niche forums. 
• Oversee strategic touch-points like Wikipedia entries and LinkedIn articles to control how we’re referenced. 
• Stay ahead of trends that shape how both users and algorithms discover brands.

SKILLS WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BRING TO THE TEAM 

• Experience in content, social media, digital PR, and/or brand communications. 
• Strong writing, visual, and mobile-first video content creation skills. 
• Confident appearing on camera and leading video content for social platforms. 
• Able to fully own content creation - with writing, layout, and execution - while working alongside SEO and design. 
• Familiarity with platforms like Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube and Canva or Figma. 
• Strong interest in how AI and digital reputation are changing the future of marketing. 

Bonus Skills 

• Experience with paid social media campaigns. 
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI-first discovery workflows. 
• Background in influencer/UGC collaboration or digital PR strategy.
