RESPONSIBILITIES WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH
- Providing a seamless service to customers by phone, email
- Ensuring that complaints and claims are resolved in a timely and efficient manner and that the level of customer satisfaction and quality of service is optimized
- Monitoring the resolution of complaints and claims with logistics partners and keeping customers informed of the progress of the process
- Coordination of the insurance payment process between the client and the logistics partners
- Supporting the customer service team as needed to maintain operational continuity and service excellence.
SKILLS WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BRING TO THE TEAM
- A minimum level V. education
- Fluent knowledge of English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
