RESPONSIBILITIES WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH

  • Accurate and timely maintenance of HR records, organization of internal and external trainings, and scheduling of medical examinations. 
  • Management of the SPOT portal for employee registrations, terminations, changes, and other HR- related platforms.
  • Execution of operational and administrative HR procedures, ensuring compliance of documentation with legislation, standards, and internal regulations. 
  • Optimization of administrative processes and proposing improvements.
  • Preparation of data for payroll processing.
  • Professional and friendly reception of business partners, clients, and other visitors. 
  • Receiving, sending, preparing, and dispatching mail. 
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of office premises.
  • Ordering office supplies and other materials according to the company’s needs.
  • Administrative and organizational support to other departments.


SKILLS WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BRING TO THE TEAM 

  • At least a level V. education.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills.
  • Fluency in Slovene and English.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • A good sense for working with people.
