RESPONSIBILITIES WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH

• Managing operational and administrative HR processes and ensuring that documentation complies with legislation, standards, and internal policies.
• Maintaining HR records, organizing internal and external training sessions, and coordinating medical check- ups.
• Managing SPOT portal for employee registrations, de-registrations and changes, as well as other HR-related platforms.
• Preparing payroll data.
• Collaborating on and contributing to other HR areas. 

​SKILLS WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BRING TO THE TEAM 

• At least a level VI/I education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in social sciences or related field.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills.
• Fluency in Slovene and English.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.
• A good sense for working with people.
