RESPONSIBILITIES WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH 

  • Planning and executing cold email campaigns to generate high-quality B2B leads. 
  • Developing and managing outreach strategies that boost open rates, replies, and conversions.
  • Ensuring high email deliverability, monitoring domain health, and preventing blacklisting.
  • Optimizing performance with A/B testing, personalization, and segmentation.
  • Building and maintaining targeted prospect lists using research and data enrichment.
  • Automatizing email workflows to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Analyzing key metrics (open rates, replies, conversions) and refining strategies.
  • Ensuring GDPR compliance and following best cold emailing practices.



SKILLS WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BRING TO THE TEAM 

  • Expertise in cold emailing with proven experience in email automation and B2B outreach.
  • Ability to research and qualify potential business contacts.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for tracking metrics and continuously improving campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft concise, effective, and personalized messages.
  • Experience with tools such as Lemlist, Instantly, Reply.io, etc., as well as CRM systems. 
  • Highly organized - capable of managing multiple campaigns and contact lists simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptable, and collaborative team player.
