Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specalist, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role will be to provide exceptional service, assist with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that every customer leaves with a smile. You’ll work closely with our dynamic team to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.

We help businesses expand and manage their business logistics processes.


RESPONSIBILITIES WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH 

  • Communication with customers via phone, email and other channels,  
  • placing orders with logistics companies,  
  • communication with couriers and other partners,   
  • collaboration with the sales department and other departments in operations.  
     

SKILLS WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BRING TO THE TEAM 

  • A minimum level V. education,    
  • fluent knowledge of English plus another foreign language (Croatian / German / French) 
  • professional communication with customers.
